Unable to Open CStorePro App

Step 1:   Go to start menu and search for Services.msc. Click on NPRPipes and Stop the service if running

Step 2:   Go to Start > My Computer > C:\ > Programs Files (x86) > CStorePro > CSPPOS:

Step 3:   Rename DLog  to "Dlog_"

Step 4:   Open CSPPOS App, enter in your CStorePro login credentials and without selecting the POS type, just exit out.

Note: If CstorePro App does not open after these changes, you may need to restart computer.
