Adding New Employee

This article demonstrates how to setup a new employee in your Payroll dashboard.

  1. Click on Payroll -> Employees
  2. Click on the Add new button
  3. Input employee First name and Last Name
  4. In Clock in/Out Mode select Password (We currently are only supporting Password option, fingerprint option is still under development)
  5. If you wish to print out Payroll checks from CStorePro, select  “YES

If you select yes:

    1. Please select Pay type (hourly, salary)
    2. Please input Pay rate
  1. Input the appropriate rates that apply for your state Tax Withholdings. (Federal, State, Local, Local Service)
  2. Click on Create Employee
