Follow the steps below to disable restrictions and security settings:
To disable user ip or time restrictions
Login to your CStore Essentials account.
On the top left next to your store name click on the Manage Account button.
On the top right, click on Users button.
Click on the pencil icon to update the user.
Set the appropriate restriction to no.
Click on Update once done.
To disable USB key or Google Authenticator
Login to your CStore Essentials account.
On the top left next to your store name click on the Manage Account button.
On the top right, click on Users button.
Click on the suitcase icon to update advanced security options.
From the drop down select None.
Click on Update button to save the settings.
