Create Shelf Labels with a Dymo Printer

Shelf Labels for Items

Step 1: Create shelf labels

  1. Go to Price Book> Print shelf labels.

  2. Click on Create item labels to add the items to print queue.

  3. On the “Select items for shelf labels” screen use various criteria to find and select the shelf labels to print.

    TIP: go to Price Book>Send to POS, and click on the “print label” icon for items sent successfully to add it to the print screen.

4. Click on “Create shelf labels”, close the “Select Items for shelf labels” screens.

Step 2: Print Shelf labels

  1. Click on “Print xx item label(s)

  2. Select Dymo label-30336 for print Options, and click on the check box for “Remember Printer”.

  3. Select if you want to show or hide the price on the shelf labels.

  4. Select the labels to be printed, by clicking on the check mark we can deselect the label and leave it for next print job.

    Note: By default, all labels are selected for printing (indicated with a check mark on top right). To deselect a label from printing click on check mark and to select again for printing click cross mark.

  5. Click on Print

Step 3: Clear labels from print list

  1. Click on Clear all item labels, once the labels have been printed and are no longer needed.

Shelf Labels for Promotions

Step 1: Create shelf labels

  1. Go to Price Book> Print shelf labels.

  2. Click on Create promotion labels to add the items to print queue.

  3. On the “Select items for shelf labels” find the active promotions and select the items for promotion shelf labels to print..

    TIP: go to Price Book>Send to POS, and click on the “print label” icon for promotions sent successfully to add it to the print screen.

  4. Click on “Create shelf labels”, close the “Select Items for shelf labels” screens.

Step 2: Print Shelf labels

  1. Click on “Print xx promotion label(s)

  2. Select Dymo label-30336 for print Options, and click on the check box for “Remember Printer”.

  3. Select if you want to show or hide the price on the shelf labels.

  4. Select the labels to be printed, by clicking on the check mark we can deselect the label and leave it for next print job.
