Change your PDI CStore Essentials Plan or Update Payment Information

In this article you will learn how to update billing information or change service plans.

To continue using your PDI CStore Essentials account after trial ends or to change plans, please follow the steps below:

Step 1.  Log into your PDI CStore Essentials account.
Step 2.  Click on the user icon on the upper right side of the screen and select "Manage my Stores".

Step 3.  Click on 'Change Plan'.

Step 4.  Select your preferred plan and continue to select payment method

Step 5.  Add CC or Bank Account

Step 6. Submit and confirm by clicking 'Update Plan'

Please note, you will need to sign out and sign back in for the plan change to take effect.
