Step-By-Step Process
For the Current Date:
Go to CStore Essentials Web Account
You can access CStore Essentials by clicking here or going to https://secure.cstorepro.com
Click the “Forgot Password” button if you need help resetting your password
2. Go to the Lottery/Lotto Section
On the left side of the screen, click on Lottery/Lotto
Next click on Day/Shift Closing
3. Locate the Sold-Out Pack
Click Enter Day Report
4. Undo the Sold-Out Status
Find the lottery game pack marked as sold out
Click Undo Sold Out next to the game pack
After you click the Undo Sold Out button, the pack will be updated, and you will then have the option to mark it as sold out
For a Locked (Past) Date:
Go to Lottery/Lotto Pack History
On the left side of the screen, click on Lottery/Lotto
Next click on Pack History
2. Search for the Game Pack
Enter the pack number in the Pack Number field and click Search
3. View Pack Details
Locate the game pack in the results and click Lottery List button on the right side of the line item
4. Undo the Sold-Out Status
Click Undo Sold Out and confirm by selecting Yes, mark as un-sold
