How to Find the Total Number of Items in Your Price Book

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Go to C-Store Essentials Web Account

    • You can access C-Store Essentials by clicking here or going to https://secure.cstorepro.com

      • Click the “Forgot Password” button if you need help resetting your password

  2. Go to Your Price Book Inventory

    • Click on the Pricebook option on the left side of the screen

    • Next click on the Items option

  3. View Total Number of Items

    • By default, only the top 50 items are displayed for faster page loading

    • Scroll down to the bottom of the list

    • The total number of items is displayed on the bottom-right corner of the page

Why are only 50 items displayed when I open the Price Book?

  • To improve page loading speed, the system shows only the top 50 items by default.

  • You can click Search to load the entire list.
