Step-by-Step Process

  1. Access C-Store Essentials Web Account

    • Use your account credentials to access the PDI C-Store Essentials platform

  2. Navigate to the Manage My Store Screen

    • On the top-right, click on the Manage Account button (human silhouette icon)

    • Next click on the Manage My Store option

    • Locate the user and click on the Details icon

    • From the user's details page, click on the Allow IP’s tab

    • Click the Add button once done

Note: Do not set IP restrictions for the owner account. This feature is intended for all access levels below the owner.

3. Enable IP Restrictions

  • Locate the user and click on the pencil icon to update the account

  • Click on Update once done
