Use your account credentials to access the PDI C-Store Essentials platform
Access C-Store Essentials by using the link below or clicking here
Navigate to the Manage My Store Screen
On the top-right, click on the Manage Account button (human silhouette icon)
Next click on the Manage My Store option
On the top-right, click on the Users button
Locate the user and click on the Details icon
From the user's details page, click on the Allow IP’s tab
Click the Add New Button
Enter the static IP address you want to allow
✅ Note: Do not set IP restrictions for the owner account. This feature is intended for all access levels below the owner.
3. Enable IP Restrictions
Locate the user and click on the pencil icon to update the account
Set "Is IP Restrictions Enabled" to Yes
Click on Update once done
❗ Stop: Ensure IP restrictions are set up before enabling this feature to avoid login issues for the user.
