Step-by-Step Process

Creating Shelf Labels

  1. Go to C-Store Essentials Web Account

    • You can access CStore Essentials by clicking here or going to https://secure.cstorepro.com

      • Click the “Forgot Password” button if you need help resetting your password

  2. Navigate to the Print Shelf Labels Screen

    • On the left side of your screen, click on Price Book

    • Next click on Print Shelf Labels

  3. Create the Label

    • If you need to create an item label, click Create Item Labels

    • If you need to create a promotion label, click Create Promotion Labels

    • On the Select items for shelf labels screen use various criteria to find and select the shelf labels to print

    • Once you have filtered to the items needed, click on the Create Shelf Labels button on the bottom of the screen

    • You will then be redirected back to the Print Shelf Labels screen

    • The item will be added to the print queue

  4. Select the Printer

    • Click Print XX Item Label(s)

    • Select the appropriate printer:

      • Desktop Printer: Choose Avery 5160, then check Remember Printer

      • Dymo Printer: Ensure you are using label type 30661

  5. Update printing settings

    ✅ Note: The Avery 5160 option allows you to specify a starting position to avoid wasting labels

    • Select whether to display the price or date for the label

    • By default, all labels are selected

    • Click the checkmark to deselect a label or the cross mark to reselect it

  6. Click Print to generate the labels

  7. Clear All Item

    • After printing to remove the old labels from the list, click on the Clear All Promotion Labels
