How to Create Price Groups in PDI C-Store Essentials

This article outlines the process to create Price Groups in PDI CStore Essentials

Step-by-Step Process

Creating Price Groups from the Website

  1. Go to C-Store Essentials Web Account

    • You can access C-Store Essentials by clicking here or going to https://secure.cstorepro.com

      • Click the “Forgot Password” button if you need help resetting your password

  2. Navigate to the Manage Item Groups Screen

    • On the left side of the screen, click on Price Book

    • Next click on Price Groups

    • On the next screen, click on “+” or Add New” to create a new Price Group

  3. Enter Price Group Details

    • Provide a Group Name, Type, and New Group Price

    • Click the blue Add Item Group button on the bottom of the screen

  4. Add Items to the Price Group

    • After completing the previous step, you will be redirected back to the original Manage Item Groups screen

    • The new item you added will display in red

  5. Assign the Item

    • Next click on the Arrow key

    • On the next screen, search for the item you need to assign

    • Once you have filtered to the items you want to add, click on Add All

  6. Confirm and Save

    • The items will then move to the right side of the screen

    • Review the list, then click Finish to save the Price Group

Creating Price Groups via Mobile App

  1. Log into the Mobile App

    • Using your C-Store Essential username and password, log into the app

    • On the Common Task Dashboard, select Price Groups

  2. Create or Select a Price Group

    • Click Create New Item Group or choose an existing group

      Note: If creating a new group, enter a Name and click Create Group

    • Click on the Camera Icon and scan the Barcode to assign items to the group

    • You will need to allow the PDI C-Store Essentials app access to your camera

    • Once you scan the item, it will automatically be added to the Price Group
