Once your test submissions have been approved by RJR, you must update your environment to LIVE in order to begin sending production scan data files
You will receive a confirmation email from RJR/MSA stating that your TEST file was processed successfully
After receiving this email, you can begin submitting LIVE production files
This change must be made manually in your C-Store Essentials dashboard
Step-by-Step Process
Log in to Your Account
Log in to your PDI C-Store Essentials account
Access Scan Data Dashboard
On the left side of the screen, click on Scan Data Loyalty & Offers
Next click on Dashboard
Open Environment Settings
Under RJ Reynolds Tobacco Scan Data:
Click the three-dots menu (โฎ) next to the program name
Select Update Submission Environment
Change to LIVE
In the Update Submission Environment box:
Select Live Environment from the dropdown
Click Submit to complete the update
