How to Upgrade to the Tobacco Loyalty Plan in PDI C-Store Essentials

This article explains how to upgrade your current subscription to the Tobacco Loyalty Plan

  • Upgrading to this plan requires signing a 24-month contract

    • You will also need to verify your site if you are with ExxonMobil or Shell

  • You must have a PDI C-Store Essentials account

  • You must log out and log back in for the plan change to take effect

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Log In to your C-Store Essential Account

2. Manage Your Store Plan

  • In the top right corner, click on the person icon

  • Select Manage My Stores

  • Click on the Change Plan button

3. Select the Tobacco Loyalty Plan

  • Choose Tobacco Loyalty from the available plan options

  • Review the summary of charges (fuel brand discounts not yet applied)

  • Click Subscribe

4. Verify Your Fuel Brand

  • You will be prompted to select your fuel brand (ExxonMobil, Shell, or Other):

    • ExxonMobil:

      • Enter your 7-digit Site ID (usually starts with 9 or 4)

      • If unknown, call ExxonMobil Loyalty Support at 1-888-724-9544

    • Shell:

      • Enter your Shell Site ID, found on the printed receipt given to customers

    • Other Brands:

      • No site verification required

  • Once verified, your discount amount will be shown.

5. Finalize the Plan Change

  • Click Update Plan to continue

  • Review and sign the 24-month DocuSign contract

  • Upon signing, you will see a confirmation screen

  • Log out and log back in to apply the upgrade

6. Next Steps

  • A member of the Loyalty Implementation Team will contact you within 24–48 hours

  • You will receive an automated email with next steps

  • If not already enrolled in scan data reporting, contact your tobacco rep to obtain scan data credentials

Do I need to sign a contract?

  • Yes. The Tobacco Loyalty Plan requires a 24-month contract, which must be signed via DocuSign during the upgrade process.

What if I don’t know my ExxonMobil Site ID?

  • You can get your 7-digit Site ID from your branded wholesaler or by calling ExxonMobil Loyalty Support at 1-888-724-9544.

How do I find my Shell Site ID?

  • Look at the receipt your customers receive at checkout. The Site ID will be listed there.

What happens after I upgrade?

  • Someone from the Loyalty Implementation Team will reach out to you within 1–2 business days, and you will receive an automated email with further instructions.

Can I enroll in scan data reporting after upgrading?

  • Yes. If you are not already submitting scan data through PDI CStore Essentials, reach out to your tobacco rep to obtain credentials and complete the scan data setup process.
