Step-by-Step Process:

  1. Log In into your C-store account

2. Go to Loyalty Offer Selection

  • On the left side of the screen, click on Scan Data & Loyalty Offers

  • Select Altria Loyalty Offers

3. Choose the Approved Offers

  • The system will display available loyalty offers based on your store’s region

  • Select the specific offers that your Altria Representative approved for your store

    • Offers will be grouped by category

    • Only select the offers your rep has confirmed

  • Once selected, our system will begin the setup process for those offers

4. Monitor Offer Status

  • Go to the New Offers Dashboard to check the status of your loyalty offers

  • This dashboard shows whether offers are pending, active, or need additional information
