Step-by-Step Process:
Log In into your C-store account
Log in to your PDI CStore Essentials account
2. Go to Loyalty Offer Selection
On the left side of the screen, click on Scan Data & Loyalty Offers
Select Altria Loyalty Offers
3. Choose the Approved Offers
The system will display available loyalty offers based on your store’s region
Select the specific offers that your Altria Representative approved for your store
Offers will be grouped by category
Only select the offers your rep has confirmed
Once selected, our system will begin the setup process for those offers
4. Monitor Offer Status
Go to the New Offers Dashboard to check the status of your loyalty offers
This dashboard shows whether offers are pending, active, or need additional information
