With the recent acquisition of Skupos by PDI Technologies, we are PDI Technologies is streamlining our services
As part of this effort, C-Store Essentials Scan Data will transition to the Skupos platform
We’re excited about the advanced reporting and expanded rebate eligibility this update brings.
But to ensure you keep receiving your payments from Altria and RAI, you must complete a few quick steps
✅ Note: Your back-office functionality will remain in CStore Essentials. Only your scan data submission will move to Skupos
What Does This Mean for You?
If you're impacted by this transition, you will receive an email with your next steps, including:
Booking a Skupos installation (if needed)
If submitting Altria scan data via CStore Essentials:
Email altriascandata@skupos.com to switch your submitter
If submitting RAI scan data via CStore Essentials:
Email rjr@skupos.com and rsc@msa.com to switch your submitter
Stay connected to our sync software to avoid missed payments

Once the switch is confirmed, your Skupos Dashboard will display a “Live” status. This usually takes about one week.
