What’s Happening?

  • With the recent acquisition of Skupos by PDI Technologies, we are PDI Technologies is streamlining our services

  • As part of this effort, C-Store Essentials Scan Data will transition to the Skupos platform

  • We’re excited about the advanced reporting and expanded rebate eligibility this update brings.

  • But to ensure you keep receiving your payments from Altria and RAI, you must complete a few quick steps

Note: Your back-office functionality will remain in CStore Essentials. Only your scan data submission will move to Skupos

Can’t Find Your Transition Email?

  • No worries—if you believe you should have received an email but did not:

    • Visit help.skupos.com and click the chat icon in the bottom-left corner

    • Or call the support team at 1-800-559-1358 (option 1)

Altria Submitter Switch

Sample message:

Hi – 

Please switch our Altria weekly submission to being from C-Store Essentials to be from Skupos. My Altria Account Number (RCN or MA#) is ___ and store address is ____. Let me know if you need anything else!

  • If you're already submitting to Altria via both C-Store Essentials and Skupos, no further action is needed

RJR Submitter Switch

Sample message:

Hi – 

Please switch our RAI weekly submission to being from CStore Essentials to be from Skupos. My RJR Account # is ___ and store address is ____. Let me know if you need anything else!

  • Once validated, eligible RAI discounts will continue under Skupos

Are my stores eligible?

  • Although many stores are eligible for this change, sites with Citgo, Exxon, Sunoco, and Shell sites aren't eligible (yet!).

  • Don’t worry, we will proactively notify stores (through emails & banner messages within the CSE platform) when they’re eligible

How do I change scan data providers?

  • Click here for detailed instructions as to how to switch your scan provider

What happens if I don’t complete my steps?

  • If you do not complete the steps outlined in the email by the deadline, you will begin to lose your ability to get your monthly payments from tobacco brands.

What if I do not know when I will be available to participate in a (1) hour call?

  • Do not worry! You can book through the link in your email, up to the day of your appointment.

  • Can't find a link? Chat with the Skupos customer care team at help.skupos.com and they can help you set up a meeting.

I received a text message from (844) - 922 - 3351, is that number affiliated with PDI CSE?

  • Yes! This is a number we use to give retailers updates. Please do not reply to these texts.

How do I know the switch to Skupos is complete?

  • Once the switch is confirmed, your Skupos Dashboard will display a “Live” status. This usually takes about one week.

What happens if I don’t complete the steps?

  • If you do not complete the steps by your assigned deadline, you may lose access to your monthly tobacco rebate payments.

What if I don’t know when I’m available for a call?

  • No problem! You can book up to the day of your appointment using the link in your transition email.

I received a text from (844) 922-3351. Is it legit?

  • Yes, this is an official number used by PDI CStore Essentials for important updates.

    • Do not reply to this number—it is used for one-way communications only.
