Understanding Item Inventory Reports in PDI C-Store Essentials

This article explains how to access and use item inventory and sales reports in your PDI C-Store Essentials account.

Note: If you are using a Ruby-only register, you must configure it correctly to capture item-level sales data.

To find your item sales reports:

  1. Access C-Store Essentials

    • Login to your PDI C-Store Essentials account using your manager credentials

  2. Navigate to Item Sales

    • On the top right side of the screen, click on the human silhouette icon

    • Next click on POS Settings

    • Next click on Reports

    • Then click on Item Sales

      • The Item Sales by Item report provides a sales history for a specific item

  3. Use the filters to narrow down the report by item, date, and more

Option 1: Item Sales Report by Item

  1. Access C-Store Essentials

    • Login to your PDI C-Store Essentials account using your manager credentials

  2. Navigate to Item Sales by Item

    • On the top right side of the screen, click on POS Settings

    • Next click on Reports

    • Then click on Item Sales by Item

  3. Run the Report

    • Select the desired time period

    • Enter the item scan code

    • Click Run Report

Option 2: View Item Sales Graph

  1. Access C-Store Essentials

    • Login to your PDI C-Store Essentials account using your manager credentials

  2. Navigate to Items

    • On the left side of the screen, click on Pricebook

    • Next click on Items

  3. View Item Sales Graph

    • Use the search bar to locate your item

    • Click the details icon next to the item

    • Scroll to review the Item Sales Graph
