Step-by-Step Process

  1. Go to CStore Essentials Web Account

  • You can access CStore Essentials by clicking here or going to https://secure.cstorepro.com

  • Click the “Forgot Password” button if you need help resetting your password

2. Navigate to the Lottery Confirmation Page

  • Tap the Menu Icon (☰) at the top left.

  • Select Lottery > Scratch Off & Pack Confirmation

3. Confirm Lottery Games Using the Mobile App

  • Select the Delivery Date (the date you received your lottery packs)

  • Use your phone’s camera to scan the barcode on each lottery ticket to confirm it

  • Repeat the process for all received lottery packs

  • Once all games are confirmed, exit the screen

4. Confirm Lottery Games from the Web Portal

  • Log in to your PDI C-Store Essentials web account

  • Click Lottery > Confirm (on the left menu).

  • Select the Delivery Date (the date you received your lottery shipment).

  • Confirm each game by:

    • Scanning the ticket barcode using a USB barcode scanner.

    • Manually entering the Game Number and Pack Number.

  • If a game is not found, click Add a New Lottery Game to add it to your database.

  • Click Finish to complete the confirmation process
