How to Manually Settle Lottery Packs in PDI C-Store Essentials

PDI C-Store Essentials supports two methods for settling packs:

  1. Settle Sold-Out Packs in Bulk

  2. Settle Packs One by One Based on the Settlement Report

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Go to C-Store Essentials Web Account

  • You can access C-Store Essentials by clicking here or going to https://secure.cstorepro.com

  • Click the “Forgot Password” button if you need help resetting your password

2. Navigate to the Lottery Settlement Page

  • On the left side of the screen click Lottery > Settle Packs

3. Settle Sold-Out Packs in Bulk

  • On the Lottery Settlement Screen, select the sold-out packs you need to settle.

  • You can either:

    • Individually select packs to settle

    • Click the "Settle All" button to settle all sold-out packs at once

4. Settle Packs One by One Based on the Lottery Settlement Report

  • Go to the Lottery Pack Page

  • To settle each pack, you can either:

    • Scan the barcode of the lottery pack

    • Manually enter the Game Number for the pack

  • Repeat this process for all packs being settled


5. Enable Automatic Settlement at the Time of Activation

  • Log in to your PDI C-Store Essentials web account

  • Click Lottery > Settings

  • Locate the field labeled Automatically Settle New Packs

  • Change the value to enable automatic settlement

  • Click Update Settings to save your changes

  • Yes, if you have a USB barcode scanner, you can scan the lottery pack’s barcode instead of manually entering the game number.
