Step-by-Step Process
Go to C-Store Essentials Web Account
You can access C-Store Essentials by clicking here or going to https://secure.cstorepro.com
Click the “Forgot Password” button if you need help resetting your password
2. Navigate to the Lottery Return Pack Page
On the left side click Lottery > Return Packs
3. Select the Return Details
On the Lottery Return Pack screen, select the Return Date
Choose the Ticket Type and Ticket Code box
4. Scan or Enter the Pack Information
Use a USB barcode scanner or any scanner you have to scan the pack being returned
Alternatively, you can manually enter the Game Number and Pack Number being returned
5. Complete the Return Process
Repeat the above steps for each of the games being returned
Once done, click Finish to complete the process

Only return deactivated games that have not been sold
Partially sold games must be sold out on the Daily Reading before returning them
