Fuel Rewards and Plenti Loyalty can be mapped in one of two ways:
Under Credit Cards
Under General Accounts
Step-by-Step Process
Map Fuel Rewards Under Credit Cards
1. Log in to your PDI C-Store Essentials Account
Use your account credentials to access the platform.
2. Add Fuel Rewards to Credit Card Batches
On the left side of the screen, click on Day Closing
Next click on Stores
Click the pencil icon to edit a previous day report
Scroll to the Credit Card Batches section and click Edit to open the Enter Credit Card Batches screen
Click the “+” button next to Batch Type, then add a new category for Fuel Rewards
Close the Credit Card Batches window and save the day report
3. Add a New Tender Type for Fuel Rewards
On the top right side of the screen, click on the human silhouette icon
Next click on POS Settings
Click the Tender Type tab
Click the “+” button to add a new tender type
On the Add Register Tender Type screen:
Enter Register Type ID: 998
Select Credit Cards for Day Report Mapping
Select Fuel Rewards for Credit Card Account
Click Add to save
Fuel Rewards will now display under Credit Card Batches
Map Fuel Rewards Under General Accounts
1. Add Fuel Rewards to Other Accounts
Log in to your PDI CStore Essentials account.
On the left side of the screen, click Other Entries
Next click on Settings
Then click on Other Accounts
Click the “+” button at the top right of your screen and add a Fuel Rewards category
2. Map Fuel Rewards as a Local Account
On the left side of the screen, click the human silhouette icon
Next click on POS Settings
Click the Local Account tab
Click the “+” button to add a new mapped account
On the Add Register Local Account screen:
Enter Register Local Account ID: 998
Select Fuel Rewards for Day Report Mapping
Click Add Account to save
Fuel Rewards will now display under General Accounts
