Step-by-Step Process

1. Go to C-Store Essentials Web Account

  • You can access C-Store Essentials by clicking here or going to https://secure.cstorepro.com

    • Click the “Forgot Password” button if you need help resetting your password

2. Navigate to the Additional Tanks Settings

  • On the left side of the screen, click Gas

  • Then click Settings

3. Add the Additional Fuel Grade

  • Scroll down or select the Additional Tanks tab

  • Select Yes for the gas grades you want to add

  • Enter the Tank Size and Tax Rate

  • Enter the Register Grade ID Number for proper mapping

  • Click Settings to save your changes

4. Configure the Day Report Layout

  • Click Settings

  • Then click Layout

  • Next click Day Report Entry Form

  • Under Unassigned Fields, find the Gas Grades that need to be added

  • Drag Gallons and Amount into the appropriate sections

  • If tracking inventory, drag Tank Monitoring to the right side

  • Use the Up and Down Arrows to move the new entries to the correct section

  • Click Submit to save the changes

5. Verify the Fuel Grade Mapping

  • Click the human silhouette icon on the top right side of the screen

  • Next click on POS Settings

  • Then click on the Gas tab

  • Locate and verify the Register Grade ID

  • Click the Pencil Icon next to the grade to edit

  • Adjust the Day Report Mapping to the correct grade

  • Click Grade Settings to save the changes

Important Notes

  • Ensure you have mapped the Register Grade ID correctly for proper tracking

  • New fuel grades must be added to the Day Report Layout to appear in reports

  • Verify that the Tank Size and Tax Rate are entered correctly
