What if my USB security key is lost or not working?

  • You will need to log in with an alternative method and reset your USB security key in the Manage My Store section.

Can I use both Google Authenticator and a USB security key?

  • No, you must choose one method for two-step verification per user account.

How do I remove or change my security method?

  • Go to Manage My Store → Users.

  • Select the Suitcase Icon next to the user.

  • Choose a new security method and follow the setup process.

What if I enter the wrong code in Google Authenticator?
