Step-by-Step Process

  1. Log in to Your C-Store Essentials Web Account

  • Go to the PDI C-Store Essentials login page and sign in

2. Navigate to the Bulk Update Page

  • On the top menu, click Central Price Book

  • Next click on Bulk Update

3. Search for Items to Update

  • Use the available search criteria to find specific items

  • For example:

    • To update all items in the Soda department priced at $0.89, search by Price Groups or set a Min Price and Max Price of $0.89

4. Apply New Prices

  • Enter the New Price in the designated field

  • Click the down arrow next to the New Price field to apply changes to all selected items

  • To increase or decrease prices by a specific amount, use +0.10 to increase or -0.10 to decrease

5. Send Updates to Stores

  • Click Send to Selected Stores to apply changes to specific locations.
