Include the Following Information in Your Email:
Store Name
CSE Account Number (If you don’t know it, provide the username used to log in.)
Email Address for Confirmation
Phone Number
Reason for Cancellation
(Optional) Provide New Owner Information
If you are selling your business and the new owner wants to continue using PDI C-Store Essentials, we would appreciate a referral
