How to Cancel Your PDI C-Store Essentials Account

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Prepare Your Cancellation Request

  • You may contact support at 1-866-265-5826 or 281-265-2245 (if local) ( Press Option: 4 for billing, 9am-5pm CST, M-F) to begin the request to cancel your account.

  • For an immediate response, it is best to send an email to csebilling@pditechnologies.com with the subject: CSE Service Cancellation

2. Include the Following Information in Your Email:

  • Store Name

  • CSE Account Number (If you don’t know it, provide the username used to log in.)

  • Email Address for Confirmation

  • Phone Number

  • Name of Authorized Person

  • Reason for Cancellation

3. (Optional) Provide New Owner Information

  • If you are selling your business and the new owner wants to continue using PDI C-Store Essentials, we would appreciate a referral

  • Include the new owner's name, phone number, and email address if applicable
