Use the [Ticket Print/Right Arrow] to move to [MAINTENANCE]

Enter your ID and Password (Default: ID = 1, Password = 123)
3. Find the Display I/O Configuration
Press ENTER to view 1. VERSION INFORMATION
Use the [Ticket Print/Right Arrow] until you reach 3. DISPLAY I/O CONFIGURATION
Press ENTER
4. Locate the COM Port Information
Continue pressing the [Ticket Print/Right Arrow] until you see a line similar to:

The COM Port number will be displayed after /dev/com
5. Verify the COM Port for the Back Office Connection
Ensure the same COM Port number is being used when connecting the Back Office Network Cable to the Ruby Register
