1. Create a Customer Account in Gilbarco Passport
On your main Passport POS terminal, go to Manager Workstation
Next click on Setup
Then click on Store
Lastly click on Local Account
Click Add to create a new customer account
2. Go to C-Store Essentials Web Account
You can access C-Store Essentials by clicking here or going to https://secure.cstorepro.com
Click the “Forgot Password” button if you need help resetting your password
3. Map the House Account in PDI C-Store Essentials
Navigate to Other Entries
Next click on Settings
Then click on Customer Account Sales
Enter the ID you created in Passport Register and map it accordingly
4. Verify the House Account in Store Reports
Once mapped, the house account transactions will automatically appear in Day Closing → Store Reports
