Step-by-Step Process

1. Create a Customer Account in Gilbarco Passport

  • On your main Passport POS terminal, go to Manager Workstation

  • Next click on Setup

  • Then click on Store

  • Lastly click on Local Account

  • Click Add to create a new customer account

2. Go to C-Store Essentials Web Account

  • You can access C-Store Essentials by clicking here or going to https://secure.cstorepro.com

    • Click the “Forgot Password” button if you need help resetting your password

3. Map the House Account in PDI C-Store Essentials

  • Navigate to Other Entries

  • Next click on Settings

  • Then click on Customer Account Sales

  • Enter the ID you created in Passport Register and map it accordingly

4. Verify the House Account in Store Reports

  • Once mapped, the house account transactions will automatically appear in Day ClosingStore Reports
