On your main Passport register, click on Manager Workstation
Next click on Setup
Then click on Store
Lastly, click on Department Maintenance
Add a New Department Key
Click on Add Key
Select the Department ID
Click the grey box next to the "Code" field to choose the correct Department ID
(Optional) Add an Icon
To customize the key, click the grey box next to the "Icon" field and select an icon
Save the Department Key
Click Save on the right side of the screen to finalize the changes
Repeat the steps above to add additional department keys
