Step-by-Step Process
Access the Manager Workstation
On your main Passport register, click on Manager Workstation
Next click on Setup
Then click on Store
Lastly, click on Department Maintenance
Add a New Department
Click the Add button on the right side of the screen
Complete the Department Setup
Follow the on-screen prompts to create the department
Click Save once done
Configure Payout Departments (If Applicable)
If adding a payout department (e.g., lottery/lotto payout), mark it as negative
Ensure the Network Product Code is set to 400 (if not, enter 400 manually)
Check the box for "May Appear as POS Department Key."
