How to Assign Users Additional Access in C-Store Essentials

This article outlines the process to assign additional access to an existing user, such as mobile app access, or remove access levels as needed

Step-By-Step Process

  1. Access C-Store Essentials Web Account

    • Use your account credentials to access the PDI C-Store Essentials platform

    • Access C-Store Essentials by using the link below or clicking here

  2. Navigate to the Manage My Store Screen

    • On the top-right, click on the User Settings button (human silhouette icon)

    • Next, click on the Manage My Store option

  3. Navigate to the Manage My Users screen

    • On the top-right, click on the Users button

    • Locate the user you wish to update and click on the Details icon

    • To assign additional access:

      • Click on the "+" button

      • Select the specific access you want to grant the user

    βœ… Note: To view additional information regarding the function of each group, click the blue View Details button.

    • The security group will then be added under the Group Name section with a red highlight

    • To remove an access level:

    • Click on the Delete button next to the access level you want to remove
