How to Assign Time Restrictions to Users

This article outlines the process of assigning time restrictions to specific users in C-store Essentials

Step-By-Step Process:

  1. Access C-Store Essentials Web Account

    • Use your account credentials to access the PDI C-Store Essentials platform

    • Access C-Store Essentials by using the link below or clicking here

  2. Navigate to the Manage My Store Screen

    • On the top-right, click on the User Settings button (human silhouette icon)

    • Next, click on the Manage My Store option

  3. Navigate to the Manage My Users screen

    • On the top-right, click on the Users button

  4. Set Up Time Restrictions

    • Click on the Details icon

    • From the user's details page:

      • Click on the Time Restrictions tab

      • Select the time period you want to allow this user access

      • Click on the Update button once done

    Note: Do not set time restrictions for the owner account. This feature is meant for all access levels below the owner.

  5. Enable the Time Restriction setting

    • After updating the Time Restriction, click the blue back button, next to User Detail

    • Locate the user account that needs updating

    • Click on the pencil icon to edit the user

    • Update the following:

      • Set Is Time Restrictions Enabled to Yes

      • Click on the Update button once done

Note: Time restrictions must be set up before enabling them
