Step-by-Step Process

Generate Item Sales by Report

  1. Go to C-Store Essentials Web Account

    • You can access C-Store Essentials by clicking here or going to https://secure.cstorepro.com

      • Click the “Forgot Password” button if you need help resetting your password

  2. Navigate to Reports

    • On the left side of the screen, click on Report Center

    • Next, click on POS Reports

    • Then click on Item Sales

3. Set Parameters

  • Choose the desired Report Date, Department, or Scan Code

  • Click Run Report to display the total count (#Sold) and total amount ($Sold) of items

4. Save or Print the Report

  • Use the Print or Export options in the top-right corner to save the report
