Go to C-Store Essentials Web Account

Click the “Forgot Password” button if you need help resetting your password
Navigate to Reports
On the left side of the screen, click on Report Center
Next, click on POS Reports
Then click on Department Sales
3. Set Parameters
Choose the required Report Date and Type (e.g., by Date, by Month, or Department/Merchandise Sales Summary)
4. Run the Report
Click Run Report to display a summary of department sales
Formula: (Gross Sales - Discounts - Promotions - Refunds) = Net Sales
