How to Find Live Data Transactions

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Go to C-Store Essentials Web Account

    • You can access C-Store Essentials by clicking here or going to https://secure.cstorepro.com

      • Click the “Forgot Password” button if you need help resetting your password

  2. Access Live Data

    • Click Live Data in the top-left corner

    • By default, this displays all live transactions from the current date

  3. View Transaction Details

    • Under Transaction Summary, select a transaction to view its details on the right

    • Use the default All Type filter or set it to Void, No Sale, Line Void, or Refund to view specific transaction types

    • Use the Date option to filter by last 50, All Day, Last 5 minutes, or Last Hour
