Step-by-Step Process

Accessing the General Account Report

  1. Go to C-Store Essentials Web Account

    • You can access C-Store Essentials by clicking here or going to https://secure.cstorepro.com

      • Click the “Forgot Password” button if you need help resetting your password

  2. Go to Report Center

    • On the left side of the screen, click on Report Center

    • Next, click on Other Entries

    • Then click on General Accounts

  3. Run the Report

    • Update the Report Date field to the appropriate dates that you wish to view

    • Click Run Report to generate the General Account report

Accessing the Customer Account Report

  1. Go to Report Center

    • On the left side of the screen, click on Report Center

    • Next, click on Other Entries

    • Then click on Customer Accounts

  2. Select the Customer Account Report

    • Under the Customer Account report page, choose the required date and report type

    • Click Run Report to generate the Customer Account report
