Step-by-Step Process

  1. Go to C-Store Essentials Web Account

    • You can access C-Store Essentials by clicking here or going to https://secure.cstorepro.com

      • Click the “Forgot Password” button if you need help resetting your password

  2. Click the Question Mark Icon

    • In the top-right corner of your account, click on the ? (Question Mark) icon

  3. Select "Chat with Agent"

    • You will then be redirected to the How can we help? Screen

    • From the available options, select Chat with Agent to begin the process of starting a chat your ticket

  4. Click "Send Us a Message"

    • A chat box will then open on the bottom right side of the screen

    • Click on the Messages tab

    • Next, click on Send us a message to start a connection with a PDI Customer Support representative

  5. Provide a Detailed Description

    • Select the appropriate option from the list of choices based on your issue

    • This will help support understand the issue and connect you with the right person
