Step-by-Step Process

  1. Go to C-Store Essentials Web Account

    • You can access C-Store Essentials by clicking here or going to https://secure.cstorepro.com

      • Click the “Forgot Password” button if you need help resetting your password

  2. Navigate to Price Book

    • On the left side of the screen, click on PriceBook

    • Next, click on Inventory by Item

    • Then click on Item Inventory Adjustment

      • Alternatively, you can use the C-Store Essentials Mobile App's 'Take Inventory' option, where you can scan products and enter their counts

  3. Adjust Inventory for a Specific Department

    • Enter the UPC and the department (e.g., 'CIGARETTE') for which you wish to adjust the inventory

    • Click Adjust Inventory to complete the search

  4. Zero Out Inventory After Adjustment

    • After making the inventory adjustment, click the Zero Out Inventory option
