Click the “Forgot Password” button if you need help resetting your password
2. Find the POSLink Shortcut
From your Backoffice computer, locate the POSLink shortcut
3. Launch the POSLink Application
Double-click or right-click and select Open to launch the POSLink application
4. Click the Upload Button Under Unprocessed
In the POSLink application, click the UPLOAD button under the Unprocessed section
5. Allow the System to Process and Upload Files
The system will process and upload all stuck Day Close and Live Data Transaction files, if any are found
After the process is complete, you may either close the POSLink application or leave it open
