How to Manually Upload Unprocessed Files Generated from Passport or Verifone POS-Registers

Step-By-Step Process

  1. Go to C-Store Essentials Web Account

  • You can access C-Store Essentials by clicking here or going to https://secure.cstorepro.com

  • Click the “Forgot Password” button if you need help resetting your password

2. Find the POSLink Shortcut

  • From your Backoffice computer, locate the POSLink shortcut

3. Launch the POSLink Application

  • Double-click or right-click and select Open to launch the POSLink application

4. Click the Upload Button Under Unprocessed

  • In the POSLink application, click the UPLOAD button under the Unprocessed section

5. Allow the System to Process and Upload Files

  • The system will process and upload all stuck Day Close and Live Data Transaction files, if any are found

  • After the process is complete, you may either close the POSLink application or leave it open
