Step-by-Step Process

1. Go to C-Store Essentials Web Account

  • You can access C-Store Essentials by clicking here or going to https://secure.cstorepro.com

  • Click the “Forgot Password” button if you need help resetting your password

2. Locate the POSLink Shortcut on Your Desktop

  • From your Backoffice computer, locate the POSLink shortcut

  • Double-click the shortcut or right-click and select Open to launch the POSLink application

3. Set the Required Date and Click REUPLOAD

  • Under the Last Day Report section, set the required date for the Day Close and Live Data transactions

4. Wait for the System to Repoll & Upload Transactions

  • The system will attempt to repoll and upload all the available Day Close and Live Transaction Sales from the specified date as generated by the register

6. Close or Leave the POSLink Application Open

  • Once the process is complete, you may close the POSLink application or leave it open
