  • Your store must be fully set up with a PDI C-Store Essentials account and connected point-of-sale system

Step-by-Step Process

1. Check Eligibility and Request SFTP Credentials

  • To sign up for Altria Scan Data Reporting:

    • Call the Altria Scan Data Help Desk at 844-230-3454

    • Select Option 1 to speak with a representative

    • Provide your Altria Retailer Site ID to check if your store is eligible

      • If eligible, Altria will request your email address and send you an Enrollment Survey

      • Complete the survey to begin the setup process

  • After submitting the survey, you will typically receive your Secure FTP (SFTP) username and password by email within one week

  • While filling out the Scan Data Account Setup Questionnaire, you may be asked to provide 3rd party information

2. Login to PDI C-Store Essentials

  • Log in to your PDI C-Store Essentials account

3. Configure Scan Data Submission

  • On the left side of the screen, click on Scan Data Loyalty & Offers

  • Next click on Dashboard

  • Click Setup next to the Altria Data Program

  • On the setup screen, enter the following details:

    • Store Name and Address

    • Your Email Address (used for scan data notifications)

    • Altria Retail Account Number

    • Submission File Name (your store name without spaces or special characters)

    • SFTP Username and Password (from Altria)

  • Click Setup to complete the configuration

💡 Tip!: The scan data program requires accurate store details for proper processing. This does not impact your C-Store Essentials store profile
