Prior watching this training video, you will need to make sure you have a physical connection between your point of sale system and your back office PC.

Pricebook Training | Basic Tasks (9 minutes)

This video provides you the basics of price book management. This includes how to add new items, update existing items, setup promotions and combos, and setting up price groups. By the end of this video, users should be able to manage their price book both from the mobile app as well as the CStorePro site.

Pricebook Training | Purchasing and Invoices (16 minutes)

By watching this video, users will learn how to add and remove vendors. Furthermore, users will learn how to enter cash, check, ACH, and on consignment purchases in CStorePro. Users will also learn how to receive deliveries for item level retailing and understand the difference between item level and category level retailing.

Pricebook Training | Category Retailing (9 minutes)

This training video will go into further details on how category retailing works and how you can still get inventory control at the category level (i.e. beer, cigs, tobacco, drinks, tax, non tax) without item level retailing. This training video builds on what you learned in Part 3. This method is very effective for stores who are not scanning, have an inventory company perform store inventory on a monthly or quarterly bases, or do not have the time or overhead to manage item level inventory.

Pricebook Training | Item Level Retailing (7 minutes)

This training video will go into further details on how to manage item level inventory by retailing (i.e. receiving each item purchased). This training video builds on what you learned in Part 3. This method is very effective for stores truly want item level control of their inventory. You will also learn how to upload EDI files and receive inventory with a wireless scanner or mobile app.
