This is a common issue if CStorePro is not installed as as an administrator or if the back office PC in which CStorePro was installed is running on Windows XP. The message that appears is that either the loading wheel keeps spinning or the following message appears for windows xp users.

To solve for this issue, users need to download and install the following to programs.

  1. Run and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x86) package
  2. Run and install SSCERuntime enviornment

Once these two have been installed, run CStorePro CSPPOS utility again. If the problem continues please contact CStorePro Help Desk.
