To restrict certain users and allow them to only login from a specific location, you can set restrictions by IP address. In order to do this, the location must have a static IP address. If you have static IP address and want to restrict a user follow the steps below:
1. Setup IP Restrictions
Login to your CStore Essentials account.
On the top left next to your store name click on the Manage Account button.
On the top right, click on Users button.
Click on the users Details icon.
From the users details page, click on the Allow IP's Tab.
Enter the IP address you want to allow.
Click on the Add button once done.
Note: Do not set IP restrictions for owner account. This feature is meant for all access levels below owner.
2. Enable IP Restrictions
Login to your CStore Essentials account.
On the top left next to your store name click on the Manage Account button.
On the top right, click on Users button.
Click on the pencil icon to update the user.
Set Is IP Restrictions Enabled to yes.
Click on Update once done.
Note: You must setup the IP restrictions prior to enabling IP restrictions.
