Reprocessing data for day report in PDI CStore Essentials

If the data in day report is missing you will see a prompt from the software that states, “There are some issues with the day closing files from POS”.

To solve this issue, click on the “See more”, this will tell us if we ever received the files from POS and hasnt been processed properly or we never received the file from POS.

Files Not received

When the Status says “Not Received” that means PDI CStore Essentials never received files form the POS. To solve this please contact PDI CStore Essentials. The technician will show you how to re-pull data from the POS.

Files received but Failed

When the Status says “Failed” that means PDI CStore Essentials received files form the POS but didn’t not process properly. To solve this please click on “Reprocess” this will update your missing data.
