Upgrading to Tobacco Loyalty Plan

You can upgrade to tobacco loyalty in a few minutes by just following these steps. Please note that upgrading to the tobacco loyalty plan does require a 24 month contract. Once you upgrade and sign the

  1. Login to your CstoreEssentails account. If you don’t have one, you can create one by signing up for a free account here.

  2. On the top right site click on the icon with the little person on it.

  3. Click on Manage my Stores

  4. Select the Change Plan button

  5. Select the Tobacco Loyalty plan

  6. Upon select the tobacco plan, you will be prompted to confirm plan with summary of charges (before any fuel brand discounts are applied).

  7. Once you click on Subscribe, you will be prompted for the fuel brand (Exxon Mobil, Shell or others). Note that upon selecting Shell or ExxonMobil, you will be asked to verify the site via Brand site id and zip code verification.

For ExxonMobil Site, the 7-digit number typically starts with a 9 or 4. If you don’t know it, you can reach out to your branded wholesaler or the XOM loyalty team via 1-888.724.9544
For Shell Fuel Rewards, the number can be found on the receipt printed for your customers

For other brands, no verification is required.

  1. Once the site has been verified, the discount amount will be displayed.

  2. Click on update plan to subscribe to the tobacco loyalty plan.

  3. Prior to subscription activation, you will be prompted to sign the 24-month contract via docusign

  4. Upon successfully signing the contract, you get a screen that indicates the plan has been upgraded. Please note that you will need to sign out and sign in for the updates to take effect.

Next steps:

Up successful upgrade to tobacco loyalty, a member of the loyalty implementation team will reach out to you within 24 to 48 hours with the next steps. You should also receive an automated email regarding the next steps. In the meantime, if you are not currently submitting scan data thru CStoreEssentials, please contact your tobacco rep to get your scan data credentials.
