Switch your scan data provider to CStoreEssentials within 15 minutes

If you are already sending scan data to your tobacco company and looking to make the switch to PDI CstoreEssentials, follow the steps below to make the switch

For Altria Scan Data Switch

Call the Atria scan data help desk at 8442303454 and notifiy them that you are transitioning from (name of your current scan data provider) to PDI CStoreEssentials and request the SFTP credentials (username and password) for your account via email. Once you receive the credentials from Altria, simply log into your CStore Essentials account and setup the your submission.

For RJR/ITG Scan Data Switch

Contact MSA via email (RSC@msa.com) or phone number 877-544-4429 and notifiy them that you are transitioning from (name of your current scan data provider) to PDI CStoreEssentials and request the SFTP credentials (username and password) for your account via email. Once you receive the credentials from MSA, simply log into your CStore Essentials account and setup the your submission.
