Reviewing your Scan Data submissions

On a weekly basis, the PDI CStore Essentials team will send out automated emails confirming that we have either successfully submitted your scan data file or if we had issues with the submission. To check the submission status or review the file we send to the tobacco company, simply follow these steps.

  1. Login to your CStoreEssentials account
  2. From the left menu, select Scan Data and past submission
  3. From here you can download the past files or see the failure to generate reason.
