How to change RJR/MSA Scan Data Submission Environment from TEST to LIVE

The Live Environment is needed after your Stores Scan Data Submissions have been approved by RJR

RJR / MSA will send an email indicating that the TEST file is processed successfully and now we can start submitting LIVE production files

Steps to change RJR/MSA Scan Data Submission Environment from TEST to LIVE:

  1. Login to your PDI CStore Essentials Account

  2. On the left-side menu, click on Scan Data Loyalty & Offers > Dashboard

  3. On this screen, Under RJ Reynolds Tobacco Scan Data,

    Click Three-Dots Menu and Select Update Submission Environment

  4. Under Update Submission Environment box, Select Live Environment,

  5. Click Submit to complete.
