Switching your scan data provider to Skupos (a PDI company)? Select from the options below.

Getting Started with Altria

Step 1: Contact your Altria representative

  • Let them know that you are switching providers for the Digital Trade Program. They may have you sign a new “Digital Trade Program Agreement” form.

Step 2: Contact your Skupos sales representative

  • Provide your Altria Retail Control Number (RCN) or Master Account Number (MAN) during the Skupos sign-up process or by emailing altriascandata@skupos.com

Step 3: Skupos will let IRi Worldwide (IRi) know that we will be reporting your scan data

  • IRi will send a “Confirmation of Third-Party Change” email indicating the switch has started.

  • Shortly after, IRi will send a “New File Naming Convention” email indicating your submission credentials have been mapped to Skupos.

💡 Tip: Though the process is fairly automated past this point, please continue to check your email during the enrollment process in case IRi or Skupos reaches out with any questions.

Submitting Test Files

Step 4: You will receive a “Request for File” email

  • This will prompt Skupos to submit a test file on your behalf. We will need to send a full week of data, so it is important to stay connected to your Skupos Sync software for us to submit a complete file.

Alert: Please continuously ensure your Skupos Sync software is connected. If you are disconnected, Skupos will send you a "Sync Disconnected" notification.

Program Acceptance

Step 5: You will receive a “Third-Party Change Complete” email

  • You can now offer multi-unit discounts and loyalty discounts, if eligible. Please confirm eligibility with your Altria representative.

❇️ Success: Congratulations on going live with Altria! It is important to check your email and Altria portal weekly for any file error notifications. Please contact our support team if you receive any errors.

Getting Started with Reynolds American Inc.

Step 1: Email Skupos at rjr@skupos.com and Management Science Associates, Inc. (MSA) at rsc@msa.com

  • Let both Skupos and MSA know that you are switching providers for Reynolds American Inc. (RAI) scan data program.

Alert: Please check your email often during enrollment, as MSA and Skupos will have questions throughout the process. If these emails are not answered, you will not move forward in the enrollment process.

Submitting a Test File

Step 2: You will receive a "Switching Software Providers" email

  • This will provide Skupos with your new submission credentials and prompt us to submit a test file on your behalf. We will need to send a full week of data, so it is important to stay connected to your Skupos Sync software for us to submit a complete file.

Step 3: Check your MSA portal to ensure the test file processes successfully

  • Regularly check your MSA portal to see if your test file processed successfully. If you are alerted of any errors, please forward those to rjr@skupos.com.

Alert: Please continuously ensure your Skupos Sync software is connected. If you are disconnected, Skupos will send you a "Sync Disconnected" notification.

Program Acceptance

Step 4: You will receive an email indicating your test file processed successfully

  • At this point, you will want to confirm your validation status with your RAI representative.

  • If validated, you can now offer multi-unit and loyalty discounts through Skupos, if eligible (retailers with Clover devices excluded). Please confirm eligibility with your RAI representative.

❇️ Success: Congratulations on going live with RAI! It is important to check your email and RAI portal weekly for any file error notifications. Please contact our support team if you receive any errors.
