Create Bottle Deposit Item
Go to Price Book > Items
Click Add New Item
Enter the following details:
Scan Code: 1001 (example)
Item Name: 10c Bottle Deposit
Department: Bottle Deposits
Tax: Non-Tax
Retail Price: $0.10
Click Add Item and close
Once the Bottle Deposit item is created in PDI Essentials and successfully sent to the POS, use the same PLU (scan code) to map the CRV by following the steps above.
