✅ Note: If you are using a Ruby-only register, you must configure it correctly to capture item-level sales data.
To find your item sales reports:
- Access C-Store Essentials- Login to your PDI C-Store Essentials account using your manager credentials 
 
- Navigate to Item Sales- On the top right side of the screen, click on the human silhouette icon 
- Next click on POS Settings 
- Next click on Reports 
- Then click on Item Sales - The Item Sales by Item report provides a sales history for a specific item 
 
 
- Use the filters to narrow down the report by item, date, and more 
Option 1: Item Sales Report by Item
- Access C-Store Essentials- Login to your PDI C-Store Essentials account using your manager credentials 
 
- Navigate to Item Sales by Item- On the top right side of the screen, click on POS Settings 
- Next click on Reports 
- Then click on Item Sales by Item 
 
- Run the Report- Select the desired time period 
- Enter the item scan code 
- Click Run Report 
 
Option 2: View Item Sales Graph
- Access C-Store Essentials- Login to your PDI C-Store Essentials account using your manager credentials 
 
- Navigate to Items- On the left side of the screen, click on Pricebook 
- Next click on Items 
 
- View Item Sales Graph- Use the search bar to locate your item 
- Click the details icon next to the item 
- Scroll to review the Item Sales Graph
