Navigate to the Manage My Store Screen
On the top-right, click on the User Settings button (human silhouette icon)
Next, click on the Manage My Store option
Navigate to the Manage My Users screen
On the top-right, click on the Users button
Locate the user under the store user tab you wish to update and click on the Change password icon
On the next screen, either send a reset link to the user account email or reset the password.
